Anger Management & Domestic Violence Classes

As a member of the National Anger Management Association, we can proceed together on your new path. Our eight week courses will give you new understanding of yourself. A court required mandate is served through these courses and we can work together to recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you deserve in your life.

Anxiety & Depression

Thankfully, society has finally recognized and embraced the importance of Mental Health. Anxiety and Depression need to be addressed so that we can find our best lives. Meeting in person is ideal for some people and for others, it may amplify and cause even more stress. We offer virtual sessions or in-person sessions to best serve you.

Couples & Parenting

We will work together to develop and sustain healthy relationships. Challenges will arise, yet having tools will prepare you and your partner to find success. As a mother of five grown children, I am anxious to share all that I have experienced and learned.

Trauma & PTSD

Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances or experiences. Having special training working with trauma, and personal experience, we will work together to overcome lingering and sometimes overwhelming emotions and guide you through the process of grief and healing.

In Person or Virtual Therapy

Online sessions can be held from the safety of your own home where we can discuss options and find the best choices and solutions for you. In Person sessions are available at two different locations in Bentonville. Counseling can be beneficial to anyone who is looking to strengthen and improve their relationships or simply their outlook on life.

With specialty training in Anger Management, Domestic Violence, Trauma and Parenting, Lori finds fulfillment in helping her clients find their best life. As a single mom of five grown children, she understands the struggles that life can bring.
